Watershed is the ninth studio album by Swedish progressive death metal band Opeth. Released by Roadrunner Records. The album was recorded at Fascination Street Studios in Orebro, Sweden, between November 1 and December 13, 2007. Watershed is the first album with Martin Axenrot on drums and Fredrik Åkesson on guitar. The album's artwork was done by Travis Smith (who did the material for Opeth's previous eight albums) in collaboration with Mikael Åkerfeldt.
