From Montreal, Québec, TombWorm erupted in 2024 with a mission to drag death metal back into the dirt. Within months of their first rehearsal, the band released their debut EP, Worm War III, independently on Bandcamp and on limited cassette – which quickly sold out its first pressing.
With tracks like “Burial Beneath the Gutpile” and “Caecilian Death March”, TombWorm channels the spirit of early Cannibal Corpse, Bolt Thrower, and Autopsy — but filtered through a modern, chaotic war zone of blown-out tones and reverb-drenched howls. Their songs drip with decay but move with purpose, like a swarm of worms chewing through meat.
