Re-issue, their killer first album ! Talking about musical attitude, the streets of Taranto are certainly not those of Berlin, nor of London or New York. Yet, it was precisely there in 1993 that the fertile mind of Fabrizio Giannese (known as Fabban) planted the first seeds of what would later become known as Aborym.
Things took a more concrete form with Fabban's move to Rome and his subsequent meeting with Yorga, Sethlans, and Nysrok, companions with whom he would share an artistic mission firmly rooted in the most extreme black metal, yet already with eyes set elsewhere. The first album, the grim Kali Yuga Bizarre of 1999, would rewrite the paradigm of extreme music at the time, also featuring the vocals of Attila Csihar (ex-Mayhem). From there began a path both radical and evolutionary, free from any compromise, which over the years would grant the band a cult following and an honored place in the history of the genre… of any genre, because with Aborym, nothing is taken for granted!
