Firmly rooted in an early 90's Atmospheric Black Death Thrash sound, that has become a trademark for most of Troy's recordings (FATELANCER, AUTUMN GRAVE, PATH OF DAMNATION, ETC.). There is rich sampling of computer and laser sounds combined with synth textures and guitar leads, creating a futuristic soundscape that compliments the traditional song structures of the early days of Metal. Dusted with occasional trance breaks and haunting melodies that might be found somewhere in an intergalactic discotheque. The new album, titled "2020", is a forlorn journey of doomed experimental research missions to dystopian planets inhabited by extraterrestrial lifeforms, mutated humans, cyborgs, and the occasional mad scientist. It is a unique vision inspired by 80's sci-fi horror and the cold war space race of that era. 40 minutes of music in six songs.
